and dorm rooms in the main house can sleep 20 people. |

Four 4-person cabins and one 8-persons
cabin, set around a pond, are also available year-round. Grass areas
are available for tent campers with full access to all facilities. |

There is a full kitchen available for
self-catering. High-speed DSL Internet, television and video player are
available free of change. |

A large banquet hall with fireplace is
available (maximum capacity is 100 people). |

Sauna is available for use in the main
house. |

There is an outside barbecue grill, fire
pit, swing and a sandbox for children. |

On our spacious property you can play
volleyball, badminton, tennis, miniature golf, darts or corona. |

In summer there is swimming and boating
in three different ponds or in nearby lakes. Many scenic hiking trails
are readily accessible. |

During the winter there are
cross-country skiing trails starting from our property. It is only 1 km
to downhill. |

There is a minibus that seats nine
passengers available for additional fee. |
