Aasa Holiday Cottage is in the village of Kärsu in Pärnumaa. Signs will show you where to turn at Kärsu bus stop, 7 km on Kilingi-Nõmme – Viljandi – Tartu highway (No 92). Aasa Holiday Cottage was built in 1996, using ancient knowledge and skills. The logs were squared manually and the walls were tightened with moss. The house has a shingle roof.

The cottage lies on a meadow covered with scattered birch-trees, isolated from other houses of the village. There are a hall with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a sauna and WC downstairs. There are two bedrooms (one for 2 and another for 4) and a balcony upstairs. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge and a sink. There are dishes for cooking and serving food for 16 people. The cottage is open all the year round. See photos of the cottage here.

A 4.2 km walking trail / ski track starts near the cottage. You can also take a longer walk to a Lapland-style conical tent resting on a frame of poles. There is a place for a campfire inside the tent.

There is an outdoor grill and garden furniture outside the holiday cottage and a volleyball court near the cottage. Equipment for playing badminton, petanque, darts, board games is available. You can swim in Rahujärv, the picturesque lake 1 km from Aasa Holiday Cottage.

The rent is 16 euros per person/night. It costs 96 euros to book the whole house for 1 night for a party of max. 10 people from sunday to wednesday or 128 euros to book the whole house for 1 night for a party of max. 10 people on friday and satturday.You can book the whole house for a week for 320 euros. If there are more than 10 people, 30 euros will be added to the rent. Sheets, towels and sauna are included in the rent.
