Arnold Isotamm (1900-1967) was the best-known teacher of radio engineering in Estonia, working first at the Tallinn Aviation School, the Tallinn Maritime School and since 1951 the Tallinn College of Engineering, which marks its 85th anniversary this year.
Arnold Isotamm authored a number of books on radio engineering, including Radio Amateur's Handbook, dubbed the Radio Engineering Bible among specialists.
