SECRET SERVICE | KATZ | ZX SPECTRUM | SUPER MARIO BROS.

This is my Speccy page. If you have no idea what i'm talking about, then u should know that Sinclair ZX Spectrum was probably the most widely sold pc of the 1980s. Released in 1982 in Great Britain, the machine was programmed in BASIC language, it only used 8 colours, no hard drive, only 48K of memory and a 3.5 MHz processor. Programs were loaded into Speccy by analog tape, loading a typical game took around 5-6 minutes, sometimes even 30 minutes (R tape loading error). I didn't have a real Spectrum really, i had a clone, which my father made (the necessary parts were sold on many black markets at the time). Speccy-clones were common in many Eastern Europe countries in the late 80s and early 90s. I usually used my zx spectrum for gaming, but every once in a while i started programming something, cause many computer magazines published programs, which readers could type in. Many people got interested in programming this way.

Anyway, the games are classic. I have put here for downloading the most memorable ones, the games i played when i was growing up, everytime i play them, i go back :)
