Christian Leader: Words and Deeds
A Christian leader has to communicate well. He/she has to be able to articulate vision, to set the goals, to inspire the team, to clarify misunderstandings, encourage and support. However, good words only do not make a good Christian leader. There has to be action. There have to be decisions that implement plans. And most importantly: there has to be integrity of life to the professed faith in the Ultimite Leader.
Words and deeds need to go hand in hand with the Christian leader. Words without deeds will be empty, and good action or even the best lifestyle may miss helping others to achieve the goals without clear communication.
This is what this leadership conference is all about. Come and learn how to communicate well and how to get beyond words – to help your church fulfill the call it has received from the Lord.
