A
performance project from 1997, in co-operation with Jaan Pärnamäe (EST) and Elin T.
Sørensen (NO).
The project consists of performance, its
documentation in different ways (photo, text, 8 mm film,
music...) and of publishing the documentation for example in
books and in the form of installations.
We visit different places around the Baltic Sea. In the performances, that often
last for several days, we live as fairy-tale Princesses and a
fairy-tale Prince. For people who happen to see us, we hope to
create moments of recalling dreams of something
Else.
As the Princess in me expresses
the longing for the Other, I am also seeking the other coast
of the Baltic Sea, my home sea. Longing for the Other in me,
is like longing for the other coast of the sea, on the shore
of which I live.
