Hello to everybody!

My name is Anneli Veeret. I took my first borzoi in 1985. For 15 years that dog was a wonderful friend of mine, having good character and perfect health. I have had dogs from the other breeds too but borzoi is still the closest to my soul.

In 2002, I decided to start my own kennel (Haldjas means "elf" in English) and a female borzoi Sheba, bred in Estonia in kennel Estet Classic, is the one who started it. That decision gave a new meaning to my keeping dogs because now I have an opportunity to make my own contribution to breeding pedigree dogs.

The first two things that I look immediately in borzoi are the head and back-line besides free movement and a long running-pace. To breed healthy and beautiful dogs is the main purpose of my further breeding work. It is important to me that the other borzoi-lovers could also take great pleasure in their pets for many years.
