The apartment is situated in center of Parnu, at Vingi street. The place is very quiet. The house is erected in 1900 and renovated. Some walls are made of red brickstone, some are wooden. The house is two-stored. The offered apartement is situated on second floor. There is a garden around the house.

There are two rooms in the apartment: livingroom and sleeping room.

Fire-place in living-room. At the other side of the room there is a kitchen-corner, where you can cook on electric stove or in mikro-wave oven. Coffee-maker water-cooker and sandwich toster available. Also a little fridge in kitchen-corner.

2 beds in sleeping room and one extra -bed.

There is WC and shower. Stairway downstairs
