ABOUT THE EVENT:

This tribute show, dedicated, in loving memory of Joey and Dee Dee, to the Ramones 30th anniversary, is going to be the first Ramones tribute show in Estonia ever. So we're doing our best to get thing happen in a great ramoniac way. That's why we have picked some of best and/or coolest Estonian punk -and rock bands and singers for this event. Blitzkrieg starts 22 00 pm.

ABOUT THE BANDS:

Psychoterror plays usually angry oi/hardcore punk. Band started in early 90s as one of the most outrageous punk groups of the era. But during the years they have gained respect from everyone from streetpunks all over the Europe to the critics and become one of the most influental bands in Estonia. Their line up includes Freddy (aka Estonian own Iggy Pop) on vocals, Uims on bass, Mozg on guitar and Liba on drums. On this show the also present (besides playing Ramones songs) their new all-songs–in-estonian program. For more information about them visit their homepage.

The Tuberkuloited plays sweet combination of punk and pop, just like the Ramones did (especially on’ Pleasant Dreams’ and ‘Mondo Bizarro’). They have been successful act for more than 10 years now. On this show Tuberkuloited plays in special line up including Alar Aigro on guitar, Meelis Tauk on second guitar, Utsa on bass, Pettri on vocals, Summer on micorphone and Cram as guest star. For more infos about the Tuberkuloited check their homepage.

Rawones is the special tribute band put together especially for this event. So the line up is made up of the greatest estonian ramonesmaniacs including Peeter Valk as Petey (Joey), Joel Berg  as JB (Dee Dee), Mart Niineste as Marty (Johnny) and finally Maik Rõngelep as Maik (Marky). The play mostly the stuff from the first four albums. Their set also features guest appearance by Tõnu Trubetsky from Vennaskond. For more information about the Rawones please click here.

ABOUT THE VON KRAHL:

Von Krahl is the legendary pub/club and theatre in Tallinn. On daytime it's just a pub, but when it comes to party, it could be anything from nobel nightclub to dirty punkclub. It’s not quite like CBGB or 100 Club, but at least something... Click here for the map.
Among Tallinn’s music freaks Von Krahl is known as the place where great rock’n’roll and reggae partys like ‘Teenage Kicks’ and ‘Bashment’ take place. And other cool events too, of course. By the way - beer costs 30 EEK

ABOUT THE TICKET:

Ticket costs 50 EEK if you have a flyer or Ramones t-shirt. Othewise it costs 60 EEK. Not so big difference, but get the flyer anyway. And keep the ticket 'til the end. Record store World Clinic will do a small lottery to raffle some ramoniac records. And you may be the lucky one :)
