Renovation of the robot`s elektric motor of the assembly line.
The electric motor works in the mode of overload: it makes several revolutions forward and seweral revolution backwards. Along a certain deterioration and and contamination an electric arc occures at the collector.

Response.
Thermocouples positioner for thermal fields measurement has the ordered parameters, it is convenient in use. I applied it in my work personally. Being unique the positioner allows to supervise furnace inside soldering conditions whereas analogues are not suitable.

Restoration of gear wheels was successful, supergreat savings has been got, the order was repeated some times while the given equipment was used.

Electromotors renovation has been made successfully. Motors are in use 1,5 years already.
