- use the software contrary to acceptable use policies
3. TITLE
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software
shall remain vested in The Author. The Software is protected by copyright
laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed
through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner
and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no
rights to such content.
4. TERMINATION
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with
any of the above terms and conditions and you will be obligated to
delete all copies of the software in your posession. The license may
be terminated by either party at any time and without notice.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SkyFox Company, THE AUTHOR, SUPPLIERS
AND OR RESELLERS OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON
FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER.
