After disbandment sea school
of Parnu with the purposes to conservation of the skilled workers, order
from the Ministry of a marine USSR was created, on the basis of manufacturing
room, area of fabrication of a ship rigging, instrument, accessory, survival
equipment i.e. Parnu branch of the BTSM EMSC (Base Technical Servicing
of Marine Estonian Marine Shipping Company) order nr. 146/a from 27.02.1990

24.09.1992 there was an order
about liquidation BTSM EMSC and Parnu branch of the BTSM EMSC on the basis
that 19.08.1992 was created Beidewind ltd. The founders were former teachers
of Parnu sea school and workers of the BTSM EMSC Parnu branch, which one
hereinafter also accepted fissile involvement in daily operation of the
corporation.
