What is an "AB?"
The acronym "AB" stands for "Adult Baby." There are also acronyms "TB" and "CB" which stand for "Teen Baby" And "College Baby" respectively and refer to age related subsets of the "AB" population.
AB's are generally all DL's, but not all DL's are AB's. An AB is a person who enjoys not only diapers, but other baby related things. These things vary widely from person to person, but may include the wearing of adult sized baby clothing such as onesies, sleepers, and rompers, the using of bottles, pacifiers, bibs, the eating of baby food, playing with baby toys, etc. Most AB's enjoy having their diapers changed, and being treated like a baby by another person. This may be a friend, boyfriend/girlfriend, husband/wife, or parent.
Many people cannot explain why they have interests in being an AB, while others relate it to being potty trained too early, being forced back into diapers due to bedwetting, or abuse/neglect during their childhood.
